Personal/Executive Coaching Using an approach that considers the entire human being, Virgina provides coaching for improved work performance, increased happiness and the ability to self correct and self generate. Human development does not occur in a straight line, but includes many aspects of self: intellect, emotion, and body health. Integral coaching addresses all of ourselves and is effective because it does not separate individuals into component parts. Using a partial approach would put us at risk for leaving something important out. Coaching relationships are one on one and generally last for six to twelve months.
