Virginia Auciello, M.Ed., specializes in providing coaching and customized training to corporations, organizations, and education systems nationwide. Trained as an educator with extensive experience in business, Virginia is skilled at bringing the best match of business insight and personnel development to your business.  After completing a yearlong coaching program with New Ventures West in San Francisco, she was certified as an integral coach by the International Coach Federation in 2004. 

Virginia’s background includes work in education, health care and sales. Community advocacy is a passion.  She has volunteered her expertise at the Center for Women and Enterprise, providing training and coaching to their constituency.  As a member of the Board of Directors of Rainbow Child Development in Worcester, MA., she put her leadership skills to work to benefit the children and their families.

Nancy conducts trainings to corporations and organizations with a focus on building upon each individual’s strengths. Increasing one’s confidence level is the cornerstone of her work. She has been a regular guest on WFXT Fox25 Morning News covering topics such as the psychology of communication, the art of gaining confidence and numerous types of parenting issues. She holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Boston College.

Nancy is the author of a children’s book entitled, "I Don’t Want to Go to School", published by New Horizon’s Press. As a Regis College faculty member, Nancy created confidence-building programs for inner-city school children. Her work in the Boston area schools has been featured in the Boston Globe.

In addition to her children’s book, Nancy writes her column "Tapestries" for the Canton Citizen. For the past ten yeas, she has covered a wide range of topics in her regular column from personal musings to world news. She provides consultations to several Boston area magazines for her expertise on parenting and family matters. Her specialization in the Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator enables her to find the gifts that people bring to relationships and a clearer understanding of one’s own "hard-wiring" and that of others.

Nancy has happily joined forces with Virginia Auciello Sullivan, sharing Virginia’s belief in the gifts that human beings possess and their unending potential for growth. Nancy lives with her husband and three children in Canton, MA.
